SMTP server not responding

relay.plus.net is timing out for me.

Anyone else seeing this?

I can't get webmail to respond - and find this at https://portal.plus.net/supportpages.html?a=2&support_action=messages&ispservice_id=email:

For info it's working perfectly on the W8 Mail app via outlook.com - still can't access Roundcube or Squirrelmail via FF

Yep! Webmail's down again (inaccessible). It's amazing how often this happens - and happens to coincide with a time when I REALLY need access to my email. NOT HAPPY!

OK, the guys have been working most of the evening on this one. We've carried out some emergency maintenance, a spot of housekeeping and are looking into what else could be contributing to the problem. Things should be a tad better but we're not out of the water just yet.

Can I suggest it might be made a lot easier finding out when there's a problem f there was a prominent "problems box" directly on the PlusNet home screen rather than having to be sought out? Or at least a direct link?
