Having been briefly disconnected, about an hour ago, I am now experiencing problems trying to send email via relay.plus.net!
I am continually prompted to enter a username and password via Outlook and, as this is usually an indication that the server isn't
working, wonder if maintenance that we haven't been forewarned about is in progress?

Have you checked that you haven't been given a BT IP address following the disconnection?
