Hi Guys,

What the issue with your SMTP server relay relay.plus.net please? Cannot send any emails. "Server responded: 421 Cannot connect to SMTP server 212.159.8.107:25 Connect error 10060. However, can receive emails no problem (POP)

Sorry to hear you're having issues.

I've looked into this and I can't see any causes for this.

Hi Matthew - No, fortunately the problem went away about 15-20 mins after I posted. However, it is very annoying/frustrating when this happens 😞

Hi Ray,

I believe I've picked up your contact via one of our other social media channels.

As discussed, the next time this happens, please log directly into our webmail service and test sending an email to see if problems reoccur - we need to establish whether this is an issue with Outlook or our servers.
