Roundcube issue

I encountered an issue this morning and I think I need someone to advise what I do.  The message is on my iPad while I do not get it on a pc.

That is really odd - it is exposing native Round Cube.

Are you still experiencing the issue?

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
