Replies to my sent mail are not coming to me

The recipient of one of my e-mails has tried to send me a "reply to sender" but gets a message that the reply has not been sent. If he replies using a new e-mail I receive the reply. Can anyone help please.

Hi, did you sort this out?.
Same happened when I joined PN, but I can't exactly remember how I resolved it.
I know I found the following helpful, then went to my email settings (found in "member centre") and changed something there.

Are you using webmail to send your messages? If so it's likely that the sender identity (set by default) needs changing to match the one you actually use..
This can be changed by clicking on personal settings and selecting the identities tab. Select the incorrect identity on the left, correct it and save the new one.
Replies to future emails should now be OK.
