Recovering deleted email

Hi, got a message that my inbox was getting too large so i have been deleting emails and clearing the deleted items on my android phone (aquamail app), now i've realised i deleted an important email and i'm wondering if there's any way to get it back?

Have tried using the webmail client but it's just a total nightmare for me - usually won't even load my inbox!

Is there anything i can do to have a chance of getting it back?

@gilespw Welcome to the forums. Sadly, if you have deleted the email and cleared the deleted items folder, it is not possible to recover the email, as it will have been cleared off the server.
