Hi - Yesterday I found out our email account had reached its limit. Although there was a message in the Member Centre no email was ever sent to the account advising of the limit. I have seen these emails before so odd that we never saw one this time. Anyway the emails were unhidden and we started clearing out some of the dead wood. Thankyou @Gandalf for sorting this out quickly.
When we finished we noticed the Inbox was now empty and not in the deleted items either. I noted an IMAP sync error occuring briefly during the purge - could this be the cause? We were only working on the sub folders so not sure how this happened.
It is imperative these emails are retrieved - I have read of other instances on here where this has happened.
Ideally they need to be retrieved from 1st September onwards.
