I am having issues sending mails (over a week now) and I believe its linked to this IP address 'blacklisted' issue. I would be grateful for Plusnet to formally investigate it

Now might be a good time to start looking into alternative email suppliers: already Plusnet are no longer providing email to new users, which means that fewer and fewer users will be using the Plusnet email... so fewer support staff...

Need I go on?

I'm slowly moving my email over to "Mythic Beasts", I'm VERY impressed with their support... but not surprising, as email and hosting is their main business.
