Problems with Force 9 mail collection

Since yesterday my Mail collector (another email account) has been unable to connect to to the server. I checked the settings and nothing changed (port 110), correct credentials. Did change something? I can log into the webmail fine.

Has anyone else had issues???

Hiya @rback, I'm sorry for the delay in picking up your post and for the issues that you're having with your mail.


Can you advise which mail client you are using to view the mail? Are you have any issues sending mail, or just receiving?
