Problems accessing mail servers

Is anybody else having intermittent problems accessing the PlusNet POP3 and SMTP mail servers this afternoon?

Thanks. I didn't think to look in the "Other Queries" section before posting, but I did check the service status page.
I see you've updated the service status page, but shouldn't e-mail also be amber?

I suppose it should but sadly the Service Status tool we have is a bit limited! You can only change the 'traffic light status' if you post an announcement to the category you're wanting to change the status of.
You can't post to more than one category without publishing multiple announcements, all of which  would propagate to the RSS/Email Subscription feed etc.
I thought it best in the 'Other' section rather than the Portal or Email category.

Fair enough. It would be better if you could link several categories to a single post. Anyway, things seem to be working OK now.
