Problem sending attachments with outbox

Hello, plusnet community! am having a bit of a nightmare with my email!. Whenever I send an email with an attachment on outlook, it ends up sending the same message multiple times, the record has been 24! Has anyone else experienced this? Am not sure what to do!! Any help would be much appreciated!

What do you mean by "outlook"? There are a multitude of different flavours of email clients which go by that name.

How big is the attachment?

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Hello there - the outlook is 365 =]

Have changed the server time out (thanks v much to MrW) so fingers crossed, it's looking good now!!
