Problem sending PlusNet emails from my Classic Outlook 365

Can anyone help?
My Outlook was unstable yesterday until I removed the latest Windows update KB5074109 (I think). After doing that, I could receive emails into Outlook but I can't send any.
I have noticed that the server settings in Outlook now read:
"mail.enmail.co";
Port 465;
Encryption SSL/TLS;
"Use the same settings as my incoming mail server" box is ticked under My outgoing (SMTP) server requires authentication.
Outlook won't let me change any of these settings.
(Does the server info mean that my email account has now migrated to Greenby? I haven't had an email that it has.)

I just did another reboot and reset the modem yet again. I now get an error message "0x80042109" as the reason that Outlook can't send my messages, which may be progress?! I'll now see if I can troubleshoot the reason for the error.

My e-mail account is "with" Force-9. It has been migrated to Greenby and is now stable after a few early hiccups. I am also using Classic Outlook on Windows 11, but maybe as I'm on an Insider build, I have been through the Outlook won't start because it didn't shut down problem a month or so ago? I wasn't affected by the Patch Tuesday problem this week.
My incoming mail settings are:-
Server: imap.force9.net
Port: 993
Encryption: SSL/TLS
Outgoing mail settings:-
Server: relay.force9.net
Port: 465
Encryption: SSL/TLS
Outgoing SMTP requires authentication
Using the same settings as the incoming server
If you have been migrated to Greenby, you should be able to log onto the mail server at: https://greenby.com/ using your e-mail address (use .f9 instead of .force9 if appropriate) and normal password. If you haven't been migrated, the above settings may still work, maybe not, as the username format is probably wrong.

Thanks for the info. I wasn't able to log on to the Greenby server via the link you sent, so I guess I haven't been moved over yet. As a work around, I've added another email account to my Outlook. Not ideal, but I have wasted too much time trying to sort this out that I need to do some real work!
