Problem retrieving old password

​"Hi, I am locked out of my legacy Freenetname account. The automated password reset tool is sending the link to the mailbox I cannot access, so I am stuck in a loop.
​My account is on the AVASIN platform (SMTP: mx.avasin.plus.net). I set up the account in 2000-2002
​Could a staff member please reach out so I can have my contact/recovery email updated to my Gmail address? I need to get this sorted before the Gmail POP3 fetcher stops working entirely.
