Possible to whitelist email addresses with Plusnet email?

Hi,

I've been gettimg some emailsnot being received in my plusnet account and also my Gmail account. i have managed to whitelist the email senders domains in Gmail is it possible to do this with Plusnet account? Thjanks,

Log into the user portal. Look at manage account. Go to manage my email look at the spam tab.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
