but a later attempt to reply was successful. I'm lost as to how the message failed when my details are correct. If needed I have the full failure notice and message source of the repeat reply available. As the corres was between two customers it seems even more confusing.
No one has to agree with my opinion, but in the time I have left a miracle would be nice.
