Plusnet thinks my brother's email address is spam!

Hi all, I've never had this problem before with any other email address, but my poor brother's emails to me keep getting bounced back to him as Plusnet thinks they're spam. He has his own domain (I think that's what I mean), and his email address incorprates his name. How can I stop this happening? I use Thunderbird and Firefox, if that's relevant.

You need to log in to "Manage my mail" on the portal, click on the "Spam" tab, and near the bottom of the page, add your brother's email address to the white-list.

Thanks for this, Jaggies. Unfortunately I can't see where 'manage my mail' is, either on webmail or Thunderbird, so I'm still stuck. I'm probably looking at the wrong thing.

At the bottom is where you white list addresses

Alternatively, message me your brother's email address and I'll see if I can make some changes this side to prevent it happening.
