Plusnet servers rejecting legitimate inbound email with 552 error

I can no longer receive email from a company I have been dealing with for over 10 years.  This has only recently happened. Every email they send me, with or without attachments, is being bounced back with the error "[server name] #552 Spam Message Rejected".  Their domain is pinewoodproperties.co.uk.

I've searched for this and see several threads on 552 errors, but don't see a fix.

How can I get this resolved?
