I have just spent two full afternoons trying set up both Incredimail and Thunderbird email servers to access Mailboxes on my Plusnet account without success. Why have they made it so difficult ? Why did they not make the email address which everyone uses simply address of the Mailbox. BT Infinity which I have just left did it this way and it was so easy to set up a mail server.
It's easier for people to help if you keep to the one thread. There are some helpful replies here already. Regarding complexity, the PN email setup is far more flexible than most ISP systems.
