Sending email using Plusnet's email servers to an iCloud email account resulted in a bounce due to being blocked by Proofpoint:

@j123 Looks like it was a transient problem. It's not blocked now
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
