I use it daily and its a pain you select to delete a message and it says login error please login it tkaes you back to the login page you relogin and then you get the same error over and over. Its not my pc as I have tried on several pcs form work and home so its not even the same line
We know webmail has been very slow recently, so we're going to make a network change tomorrow to try and help ease the issue. We'll let you know when the change is made.

Not working at all or just very very slow? The changes aren't going to be instant as it's reliant on DNS servers propagating which can take 24 hours or so.

Having to wait 30+ seconds for page changes to occur and getting frequent timeouts and being logged off frequently is making webmail unusable for me now.
I've now been a Plusnet user for around a month and I find certain aspects of Webmail VERY slow. Worst is reporting emails as Spam when it appears to just hang completely but usually takes at least ten seconds. Deletions is also slow at times.
