Plusnet and gmails

Sorry I am a new Plusnet user and trying to see if there is a quick answer to my issue.

Mac M3 using gmail, I have mail from Plusnet which appears as Unsecured. If I click on any link in a mail from Plusnet I get the error "This connection is not secure"

Seems to be OK on my iPhone and I suspect a Mac issue. Does anyone know if there is any history with Mac/safari and Plusnet please?

Both are at their latest Apple versions.

One email received offered my a gift for joining but I completed that with a phone call to a very nice live agent to be on the safe side.

"This connection is not secure" This normally implied the URL is (old fashioned) http rather than https, in that case you probably did the right thing by using the phone rather than the link. It does not mean there is anything wrong with your set up.

This is not an email issue.

I would suspect that this is associated with Apple having not updated the device's foot security certificates. Can you please post a link which gives rise to the described issue.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
