Plusnet SPF/Outbound Mail Servers?

Hello,
I have several Plusnet connections, and wish to use Plusnet's SMTP relay (relay.plus.net) to allow a few automated systems to send alert emails to us. Only problem is, the "From" domain we want to use has an SPF record attached, which I would want to add Plusnet's outbound mail servers to, so that the mail doesn't get marked as spam.
Do plusnet have an SPF record somewhere defining all outbound SMTP servers which I can -include in the SPF record?
Alternatively, can anyone provide me with a list of Plusnet's outbound SMTP server IPs and I'll build my own?

It's a while since I configured these spf setting but IIRC all the IP addresses are plusnet.

does that still work th include as today's SMTP IP 212..159.8.107 and 212.159.9.107 an not in include list

Yes, it still works.
Those two IP's are the virtual IP's on the load balancers, rather than the actual IP's of the mail servers that will be relaying messages for you.

As well as SPF, SRS now spoils the broth......
I think that is going to be the last nail in the Coffin for forwarding. (Not Plusnet's fault.....)
If your ISP does not support SRS (Ukcheapest in this case) you are toast...
