@Frogger
Must you spam the forums with (erroneous) posts saying the same thing? There is a forum rule against cross posting!

Re: Plusenet Servers ALSO on SPAMCOP Blacklist

@Jelv
I find your comment unfair.
I was just trying to keep others informed of potential issues and updating when resolved.
I realised if it were a real issue then it deserved a new topic so it didn't get lost under the 'Trend' thread and there was NO way to delete the other post.
If you wish, In future, I will keep my ideas and solutions to myself and not post to help others. I'm sure that is not how a forum works.

Re: Plusenet Servers ALSO on SPAMCOP Blacklist

There's a very good reason for cross posting being banned. We expect responses from Plusnet and the team that do that are always at full stretch. Having to respond to the exact same point in multiple topics is a waste of their time.
If it becomes apparent that a post made in a topic deserves a topic of it's own the usual course is for the moderators to split the topic, usually with a link in the original to the posts split out.

Re: Plusenet Servers ALSO on SPAMCOP Blacklist

I tend to agree with jelv, but I think you should have started this as a new topic in the first place and been more cautious about the title and content. One bounced mail doesn't mean anything, as you've discovered there can be transient issues. A comment in the other thread that linked to this new topic, with the caution that I've already suggested would have been a reasonable thing to do.
HTH.

@Anotherone
Thanks, that is a more constructive response which I agree to.
Perhaps, we should stop this dialogue here, let the thread return to its proper subject, and stop wasting moderators time on this 'off topic' discussion.

Unless you or anyone else is having ongoing problems, I think this thread will just quietly die and move down the list like others before it  Wink
