I have a friend who tried to send email to my XXX.plus.com email (using her gmail account) and received a reply
A problem occurred while delivering your message to this email address. Try sending your message again. If the problem continues, please contact your email admin.
avasin04.plus.net rejected your message to the following email addresses:
{My Name} ({name}@{domain}.plus.com)
avasin04.plus.net gave this error:
Spam Message Rejected
where the {name}, {domain}, {My Name} are replaced by my details.
Anyway this can be investigated/corrected?

If it's still happening, the best thing to do would be to get your friend to send the email to a non-Plusnet email address you own and then raise a support ticket explaining the situation and providing us with a full copy of the email/headers from the message sent to the non-Plusnet mailbox (alternatively, you can drop me a private message and I'll take a look).
This should allow us to see where the message is being sent from, and hopefully highlight where the problem lies.
