PlusNet pop3 e mails rejected as spam

Why is my PN pop3 e mail generating this spam meassage at recipient server?
'support@americansweets.co.uk' on 29/07/2016 20:40
552 Qjg71t0041MR7rk01jg88g message rejected due to spam or virus.
If you believe this is in error please login to your portal or contact your ISP support team."
Simiar message when I sent to a g mail address respondent has
Tried to then send via PN Webmail; Webmail wouldn't allow me toeven send message either; eventually
had to use a OneTel Webmail address I have. That worked ok.
(Recipient had earlier today e mailed my PN address so has no objection in that direction.)
