PlusNet email marked as [-SPAM-]

Just had an email from PlusNet telling me about PlusNet Pro marked as spam. Something not quite right there!

Sender Plusnet Customer Support
Recipient , my email .
Date Today 13:44
I had two - one was tagged and the other wasn't.
I always get two emails for everything from PlusNet. One is sent to my PlusNet email address and one to the main other one registered with PlusNet - under a 123reg registered domain name.
Perhaps that's the reason the one got tagged?

Just got one asking me to download Plusnet Assist. It wasn't marked as spam.
