It is intermittent
Not rcognised by Plusnet Mail message.
Sent emails lost
Emails taking half an hour to arrive
Succumbed to the Windows important update last Friday and now have Livemail 2011

Have the problems started since installing Livemail 2011? If so then you're likely to be looking at a configuration problem your side. If you post the (sanitised) headers of one of the delayed emails you received then I can tell you whether the delay was caused by us or not?

The problem seems to have gone away.
The message I was getting was:
Unable to send or receive for the ****** plus (*****) account
the host " mail plus net " could not be found , please verify you have entered the server name correctly.
Server mail plus net
Windows live mail error ID OX800CCC0D
Protocol pop3
Port 110
Secure (SSL) No
Socket error 11004
The problem seems to have gone away.

OK, glad to hear it's sorted. The call centre have been fielding quite a few calls recently form customers having problems after recent antivirus software updates. Wonder if your problem was in some way related to that?
