I get an email request after every contact with Plusnet. I suspect somehow the spam I receive immediately afterwards is connected. It is addressed to me by name, to a mailbox I only use for Plusnet. Is it possible to stop sending me these surveys please. I will not respond to them again.
Hi, Sorry about these and I'm equally sorry that we can't really stop sending them! There's a trigger on the number of tickets/calls that you make to us that cause one to be sent. If you don't want to fill them in anymore, then please just ignore them, I can absolutely state with authority that these surveys will have nothing to do with any subsequent spam that you receive.
