Phishing or for real?

Just got the following suspicious email and wondering if it's for real:
support@plus.net <*******@******net.au>

Is that your email address - if so it needs munging
If that is the address it came from it is a phishing email
If it is from Plusnet there will be a ticket on your account - see my sig for a link

That's the address it came from.  Must be phishing.

still worth checking closed or open tickets in your account as Plusnet have been known to use third party companies even though it is doubtful in this case

This is definitely *not* a genuine email and under no circumstances would I suggest clicking the hyperlink contained in it.
@redsox10, if you've still got a copy of the message then I'd be interested in seeing it in it's full glory (complete with headers). Don't suppose you're able to PM me a copy?

Looks to have been sent from a compromised Webmail account belonging to a customer of these folk.
Might be an idea to forward the message as an attachment to abuse@iinet.net.au.
