PN webmail address book; display of addresses

In both IE 11 & Avant browsers I have same issue in only being able to see the start of my address book; can't recall how I got to lower down sections.
I changed IE11 to a compatability view, but made no difference.

Clicking "Contacts" bar at base of start of addresses is greyed out, has no effect.

Any tips pse, as I've forgotten what I did before to see the rest

If you hover your mouse to the right of the "Contacts 1 to 40 of 72" message does a "next page" arrow appear? Or try clicking blindly.

I've a feeling I've seen posts on invisible arrows before, can't recall where.

The reference I had in mind is this Apparent bug in webmail topic. That topic fizzles out after 10 posts, unfortunately with no resolution.

However I guess the workaround for the problem is to use Firefox or Chrome.
