PN Email Blacklist Being Ignored

As per title I’ve put some spammers in the spam blacklist (manage email - spam - blacklist) however it is still being delivered. It’s supposed to update within 30 minutes. Is is no longer obeyed by the email system?

@quelquod Are the 'From' addresses all exactly the same - looking at the email headers rather than that displayed on the email itself?

Hi @quelquod,
Is this the case for all spam email that you've added to the blacklist or only certain items?

Hi @TheMightyAJ only the most recent though I can't tell of course if the others are working or if they've just desisted.
@jab1 - Good point - don't know. I've been using an iPad lately so it's not easy (maybe not possible) to look at the actual headers. I've deleted the spam now anyway but if more comes in I'll get to it on the PC and have a look.

Finally had a look today.
Seems they're coming via a forwarder of some sort called roic@creatensend.com. Blacklisted that so hopefully that should fix it.
