PAYH webmail domain not working

I added credit to my domain yesterday morning (Monday 9th) but still over 24 hrs later, even though the hosting is showing as extended to 9th June I cannot connect to the webmail.[mydomainname] - I get a DNS error. I would have expected this to have been up and working after a few hours???
Send an email from the PAYH support page to support@pay-as-you-host.com last night but not heard anything. Is that email address valid and working - the address last time I used it in March was payh.co.uk?
I would appreciate it if somebody could take a look and fix please.

I've passed this to the guys that look after the PAYH platform, you should hear back soon.

Right - DNS has been refreshed, so allow for propagation time and you should be up and running again
In the mean time http://webmail.payh.co.uk should allow you access to the webmail service.
