Outlook on Android repeatedly "forgets" IMAP/SMTP passwords for PN email

So, new phone (Nokia 5.3, Android 10), Outlook mail client.
No problem setting it up & getting it to send/recv mail with PN email
EXCEPT
every couple of days, Outlook appears "forget" the PN passwords & repeatedly asks for them to be re-entered.
Not sure whether this is linked to Outlook updates, or some setting I have yet to discover (insecure mail ?)
Any thoughts?

Much more likely to be a black listed IP address which an email client will report as a password failure when sending.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Nope, happens on 4G *and* when I'm at home on PN broadband over wireless.
Happened just now in fact.

All of the time or some of the time?
If just some of the time and for receiving then this is not an email issue, but one with either your phone or the email program you are using.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
