Outlook message

Hi

I keep getting the messages below with Outlook

The server has refused the connection

Cannot connect to IMAP server 212.159.9.86 (212.159.9.86:143), connect error 10060
Protocol: IMAP
Server: imap.plus.net
Port: 143

Is this related to the plusnet email issues or is it something my end?

Looks like it is same problem as others who have had no email connection since Monday evening.. Still not fixed...
