Yes, smtp authorisation has been set to yes using same settings as incoming email.

Yes, there are some connection oddities.
I mentioned the new NordVPN servers and the first one in the list not working with Outlook.
Well none of those new ones work with Amazon. Just Amazon.
Why is this ?
I have to change to another server if I want to connect to Amazon ...
This I've explained to NordVPN and I'm still waiting for a reply.
Does anyone at Plusnet have any idea ?

Switching off Cybersec can sometimes help with problems connecting to some websites.

I don't have it on - It prevents Skype working ... (unless that has been fixed since I last tried it)

Webmail probably works, so that's not the issue. (I don't use webmail anyway)
Outlook works, provided I don't use the NordVPN servers which have a problem with Outlook+Plusnet ... which is most of them !

The servers I've been on have started to work with sending mail via Outlook now.
