Outlook asking for password all the time

Task '**** - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC92) : 'Your e-mail server rejected your login. Verify your user name and password for this account in Account Settings.  The server responded: -ERR POP3 cache file not accessable'

Try checking your e-mail using webmail.
Your username should be in the form username+mailboxname.

Thanks, but thats not the issue. I expect its something to do with PN again. I had this a few weeks ago. It has just started doing it in the last couple of hours and no settings have been changed.

We had a brief issue with mailstorage, it's now resolved and you should be able to collect mail as normal. Sorry about that.
