I have a number of Outlook email accounts using force9.
One of the accounts cannot send/receive. All the other accounts are working fine.
I have tried deleting and recreating the account using the recommended settings and it still doesn't work. I am using the same settings for the other working acciounts.
Webmail for the failing account is working.
What can I try next?

Can you please run the email server connection diagnostics - see the link below.
What credentials are you using to connect - email address or user account?
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Are you using AVG or Norton AV?

The certificate revocation error is the issue. It’s been seen in association with both AVG and Norton AV.
Somewhere around here there’s a mitigation reported in association with AVG. It’s all connected with their “man in the middle” fiddling with the certificates.
I am out and searching from the phone is tedious.

Magically, the account came back on-line this morning without any further intervention.
I guess we can close this off.
