Outlook 365 adding new Plusnet email account

Since moving to Plusnet a few years ago;  for my private emails I continued to use a Tiscali (TalkTalk) address. Now I want to setup a Plusnet email account in Outlook 365 for my private emails and end Tiscali. When trying to setup account manually details about outgoing/incoming mailboxes, etc., is required, I have not found this information. I have 2 Microsoft Exchange and 2 POP/SMTP accounts all working in Outlook 365. One account is the Tiscali account i will end. Can someone please write step by step actions please.

I am trying to add a Plusnet hosted email account to my Outlook 365, I got a Plusnet email address when I first joined but as yet have not used it. I will when I get rid of Tiscali. One Microsft Exchange email is hosted by St John Ambulance, one by a business i used to do work for. One POP account is my Tiscali email account, the second is an old account i use very little.
