I am using Microsoft 365 and access my globalnet emails through Outlook 365. I have had no major issues but this morning I had a yellow warning sign and saw I was 'Disconnected'.
Can anyone help me get connected again.
Thank you.
Clive

Hi @Clive3
Are you still able to access your Plusnet emails through webmail?
If so, try setting up your 3rd party client again, instructions can be found here: https://www.plus.net/help/email-guides/how-to-set-up-plusnet-email/
Feel free to reach out if you need any further assistance at all

Hi @Clive3
A warm welcome to the forums.
By "Outlook 365" do you mean the full MS Outlook 2016 client installed on your PC or the MS Outlook web application?
If the former, then this is not uncommon if the problem is intermittent. What error is reported if yo click the triangle? You might find it helpful to increase the server time out duration in the account configuration settings within Outlook 2016.
