I have loaded Outlook 2019 onto my wife's new laptop.
I can set this up for use with plusnet using our plusnet username: however this gives her access to all users' email; however Outlook won't accept username+name as her user name.
I've attached the screenshots: can anybody help?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Try using the advanced settings
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Have you created a mailbox for your wife using Manage my mail https://www.plus.net/help/email-guides/how-to-set-up-plusnet-email/ and can you successfully access that using webmail ?

Well that seems to have covered the basics. Not being an outlook user I'm sort of running out of ideas.

Thanks for the help, MisterW, but I'd already tried this. I get as far as the screen shown in attachment ps3 and it returns the error message shown in attachment ps4.

Problem resolved - it was a password issue and nothing to do with either Office 2019 or Plusnet at all.
