I use Outlook 2003 for my emails. Sometimes my daughter sends an email from her works email address forgetting that it always makes my Outlook crash. Nothing else does. With my previous ISP before I switched to Plusnet I would log in to my ISP webmail inbox and delete the offending email so that my Outlook would then function normally. But my Plusnet Inbox doesn’t contain the current email that is causing the problem and every time I try to Receive in Outlook it falls over. I don’t know how to access the offending email in order to delete it.
Update:- I've since found the email was sent to my old tiscali email address not to my plusnet address so I've been able to delete it from the tiscali inbox online and stop Outlook crashing on Receive. Thus not a Plusnet problem but remains a mystery.
