Outgoing email fault

I have a plusnet email which has worked mostly fine for over 15 years.. just upgraded to full fibre on same day all devices including pc, phones and tablets have all started failed sending emails, receiving fine.

 

This is for everyone's emails and to different desintations.

 

Getting various error messages when tried to clear account and re-enter information  server not available - blacklisted etc

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
