Hi,
If I send an email containing the following URL, it's being rejected as spam. Can someone else confirm that it's not just me? (i.e. try and send an email with this url in it).
http://www.zedevents.co.uk/
I've raised a support ticket, but no answer yet, and I was interested to see if the problem was endemic. BTW it isn't spam...

I sent an email from my home hosted email server to my Hotmail account with the http://www.zedevents.co.uk/ url in the message body and it came through without a problem.
I then sent a new email from Hotmail to my home hosted email server with the http://www.zedevents.co.uk/ url in the message body and that too came through without a problem.
If you want to send me an email to test then bung it through at dom @ my plusnet username and either co.uk or .com

I can't really send a test - it's rejected by relay.plus.net almost instantly - Thunderbird gives me a pop-up almost instantly:

Gotcha - definitely a Plusnet mail issue by the look of things.
Try changing the URL by one letter or digit and see if the same thing happens.
What happens if you try and send the same email message from a Hotmail / Gmail account to your Plusnet account ?

Changing the URL does indeed allow it to go through (or at least it did before). Not tried sending from another account, but since I've received emails from that domain, I'm assuming it's okay.

Sound like it's time to raise a ticket to see if that domain or part of is listed in a blacklist on the Plusnet mail servers.

Odd if they are. It's a company that organises Zombie apocalypses in abandoned shopping malls. I wonder if the plusnet tech guys were the party of 10 they had to throw out for turning up pissed and dangerous on Saturday...
