Outgoing email IP addresses for use with Mimecast

Hi,
We've just started using Mimecast to handle our email archiving and am having trouble sending email to myself as their anti-spoofing system detects the same from and to addresses and the source email server address isn't approved to send email from my domain.
I've added the IP addresses listed by the madasafish.com SPF record as IP addresses allowed to send email from my domain but it's still not working - are these the correct IP addresses to use as servers that send out email from Plusnet?

Yes they are.
