Outbound mail thru relay.plus.net just won't go anywhere, although inbound mail is working fine.
I've received several service reports saying 'outbound mail it now OK', but still not working.
Any suggestion?

My wife had trouble about an hour ago: email would net send even after several attempts. Left it 10 minutes and tried again and it went first time.

You don't need to wait until the morning - tech support is 24/7.
