Number of Email Redirects

I have an email redirect setup of x@y.co.uk which is working fine, for what ever reason I cannot get another setup. when I try to add a second it says "invalid address". Please could someone point me in the direction of step by step instructions including the format of what to enter in each box please? Or am I only allowed one redirect address! In which case why does it still have an "Add redirect" button?

I know it's probably me!!!

I’m sorry to see you’re having trouble setting up a second redirect. Could you PM me the address you’re trying to redirect to so I can look into this?
