As mentioned, having similar problems in PlusNet Webmail.

Items in the inbox do not display, and timeout on error.

However, when new mail arrives the folder name becomes bold with number in brackets (see attached); so inbox is accepting new mail on the server Shocked

try going into the folder tab and clicking update folder list, you might need to shutdown and reopen outlook

If there's problems with the WEB email, then it sounds like there's an issue with the mail server: raise a problem with Plusnet.

PlusNet Help Team have intervened in this thread, I registered the issues in Chat with Support.

Sadly the days of the written ticket have passed, if you can do all that my son we'll do you proud, no nonsense, happy to help.

Daft question - are ALL email clients accessing this mail box configured as IMAP ... or is one / some configured as POP3?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

All are configured as IMAP (to preserve on the server).

The best performer is the Gmail app on my Android phone, but want to access on my desktop PC using Outlook.
