Not receiving new emails in new Outlook - only in the last few days....

I moved my email accounts, including my Plusnet one (using POP), to Microsoft's 'New Outlook' last September (2024).

All has been working well.  Except, starting yesterday, I'm not receiving any emails into my email account for Plusnet.  I have two other emails in the 'New' Outlook and they are fine.  I don't understand what could have changed in the last two days... I still get the pesky ads though! 😢

What are the other email accounts/who are they with?

Are you sure that the Plusnet mailbox has received new emails?

Do you have other clients accessing the Plusnet mailbox ... also using POP?

 

POP causes so many useability issues ... shame emailing hosting providers still offer it.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Just an account for my own domain, and a BT one.

Yes, if I log on directly to my Plusnet web account.

Do you have other clients accessing the Plusnet mailbox ... also using POP?

No.

Ah. No doubt @Townman will correct me if I am wrong here, and where is your domain hosted, but at a guess, your PN mailbox is full, How have you got it configured, how much have you got in it,do you clear your deleted items folder?

Yes, all boxes cleared regularly.

If they are visible in webmail but not downloading to the client, then there is something wrong with the client setup / connection.
