Not receiving emails to Force9 Email

I've had a force9 email account for years but suddenly not receiving any mails.

 

I can send but not receive.  I haven't received any emails since the 14th Nov.

 

I've cleared any large emails with attachments and emptied my deleted items .

 

Is there anything else I can try?

I've checked the account and can see that you were migrated over to Greenby, the new mail supplier.

All looks good at the moment, but for testing purposes, can you send yourself an email, does it arrive or bounce?

It doesn't arrive or bounce.

I have been having exactly the same issue with my force9 account for the last couple of days receiving no new emails 

Have also deleted most of my old sent and received mail but still no new emails.

Did you get this sorted ?

Just to add I have tried to login to greenby in case I was migrated without being informed but that does not work either as I’m unable to login

Good morning,

I have just spoken to support on the phone who were very helpful and we are basically stuffed till after migration<mine should be 25th nov> we maybe able to receive mail but we may not and it could be some time after moving to greenby that is sorted.

Stuffed basically could be unable to access mail for weeks 

I am going to start moving over to a new email address which will be lots of hassle having used this for over 25 years but I see no alternative.

What issues are you having? Pre or post migration, things should work. Any more details will help us to assist.

I've had my account for a similar amount of time so I'm really frustrated by this.  I cold have prepared if I'd  known it was happening.

 

The communication has been really poor.

I have a relative who is experiencing the same as above.   Stopped receiving Force9 email on 19th November.  Assume he is being migrated.   No idea the migration date... hope it's tomorrow: 25th November, the same as Simon.  The first we had heard of Greenby or any migration was a google search.  His email is in the format aaa@bbb.force9.co.uk so hoping this will be migrated okay.  He cannot login to webmail via the old link (https://webmail.plus.net/) nor the new Greenby.com link.

Hi,

 

My email is a similar format.  I could log on to webmail but still not receiving emails there and it's been like that since the 16th.

 

I hope it gets sorted soon as I'm expecting some important mails that will only get sent to my force9 account as it is the one registered with the company.

Correction:  I *can* now login to webmail but see no updates since 17th Nov... so clearly delivery of emails to the old system is on hold until after migration.  Still can't login to greenby.com.   Just hope my relative doesn't miss any important communication before migration has completed... so many systems seem to rely on email for authentication.

If you haven't already, if anyone on this thread is having issues, could you please pm me your username and email address you're having issues with so I can look further for you. 

 

The ones I have spoken to, I can confirm the mail is there, and coming through, so looking at why you can't see it.
