@Annie It was a different problem we had - it was the mail client on our PCs that couldn't connect to the mail server and all mailboxes were empty. We couldn't login to webmail at all. Looks like it was an issue with the Greenby mail server - we could send but not receive mail - and an hour or so later it started working again.
We've not dared trying to login to the Greenby server given it sounds like a nightmare. Guess we'll need to at some point - probably when they start charging and send us a bill in 2 years time!

Another quirk is that following the migration on 16/12/25 most, but not all, of our mailboxes got a message saying we needed to change the outbound mail server to relay.plus.net A bit late in the day to be told to change settings (so much for transparent migration), but fortunately all our mailboxes were already configured that way.
However in webmail, those emails are dated 11/02/19 !?!
